‘Gbemisola Adeoti was born in Iseyin, Oke Ogun area of Oyo State in Nigeria.
He obtained his B.A. and M.A. degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and Ph. D in English from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan.
He is a Professor in English Department of Obafemi Awolowo University, an author, editor and member of many professional associations.
